В компании Softnetix (резидент ПВТ) открыта позиция Integration Support Specialist в офис в Минске на полный рабочий день.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Постоянная коммуникация с партнерами по вопросам интеграции с внешними системами.
  • Сбор и аналитика информации. Формирование запроса и передача в разработку.
  • Координация, консультирование партнеров.
  • Поддержка, оптимизация и улучшение текущих процессов команды.

Что хотели бы видеть:

  • Опыт работы с зарубежными заказчиками/партнерами/клиентами.
  • Уверенный разговорный английский от В2.
  • Грамотная, структурированная речь на двух языках (английский, русский).
  • Умение быстро переключаться между задачами.
  • Навык problem-solving.
  • Владение Excel и Word (basic).

Что будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы системным/бизнес аналитиком, инженером технической поддержки, тестировщиком.
  • Владение технической терминологией и понимание взаимодействия систем.
  • Базовые знания Manual QA.
  • Опыт работы в сфере iGaming.
  • Опыт взаимодействия с командой разработки.
