A growing marketing and development firm is seeking a Junior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our affiliate marketing team. A full-time, in-office position for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain productive relationships with affiliates
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive optimization
- Industry monitoring to identify trends and opportunities
- Support integration of tracking systems and APIs
- Affiliate marketing strategies development and execution
- Managing affiliate budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and performance
- Regular performance reporting
- New affiliates recruitment to expand the company's partner network

Requirements
Essential:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to details
- Proficiency in Excel and general PC usage
- Basic understanding of marketing terminology and reporting
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work with budgets and performance metrics

Preferred:
- Familiarity with tracking platforms or tools
- Basic understanding of API integrations
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
