Neo Group is on the lookout for a Operations Specialist CIS to join our VIP Department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute operational tasks within the CIS VIP segment.
• Manage gifting processes: selection, ordering, and timely delivery of merchandise, presents, and hospitality items for VIP and Pre-VIP players.
• Coordinate with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate closely with VIP Managers and Coordinators to address players' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain records and prepare regular reports on gifting, costs, and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of operational projects and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and budget limits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or customer support, preferably in fintech, or client-oriented industries.
• Fluent in Russian and English (at least B2).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with vendors, logistics, or merchandise coordination.
• Confident user of Google Workspace and CRM/support platforms.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
