To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong understanding of the Minsk talent market and proven expertise in sourcing and hiring across a wide range of roles within the game development industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Minsk market.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates across multiple disciplines including engineering, design, art, production, and support functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience and represent the company brand within the local talent community.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with local universities, industry networks, and recruitment agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within IT, gaming, or technology industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Minsk recruitment landscape and local talent market.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for a wide range of roles and seniority levels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Russian and English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience establishing recruitment processes in a growing or new company is an advantage.
