Key responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and bonus offers on the platform to increase player engagement and traffic retention.
- Planning and maintaining content calendar of events, promotions and special offers for different markets.
- Adapting campaigns and visual solutions for local markets (localization of promotions, design, themes).
- Working in conjunction with designers and content team to ensure relevance of banners, lendings and in-game materials.
- Constantly monitoring the effectiveness of launched campaigns (engagement, conversion, retention) and suggesting improvements.
- Researching competitors and market trends: what promotions and mechanics work in different regions.
- Interaction with clients-partners of the platform (B2B) in order to take into account their peculiarities when planning campaigns.
- Participation in the development of the platform's functionality: suggestions for new content, bonus mechanics and features to increase engagement.
Requirements:
- Betting experience of one year or more, experience in communicating directly with clients
- Experience in successfully implementing a country-specific partner development strategy;
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, ability to resolve conflicts and complex situations;
- Knowledge of frontend / design trends, ability to adapt them to client realities
- Analytical skills, ability to analyze competitors;
- Skills in launching marketing campaigns

Основные задачи:
- Разработка и реализация маркетинговых кампаний и бонусных предложений на платформе с целью увеличения активности игроков и удержания трафика.
- Планирование и ведение контент-календаря событий, акций и спецпредложений для различных рынков.
- Адаптация кампаний и визуальных решений под локальные рынки (локализация акций, дизайн, тематика).
- Работа в связке с дизайнерами и контент-командой для обеспечения актуальности баннеров, лендингов и внутриигровых материалов.
- Постоянный мониторинг эффективности запущенных кампаний (активность, конверсия, удержание) и предложение улучшений.
- Исследование конкурентов и рыночных трендов: какие акции и механики работают в разных регионах.
- Взаимодействие с клиентами-партнёрами платформы (B2B), чтобы учитывать их особенности при планировании кампаний.
- Участие в развитии функционала платформы: предложения по новому контенту, бонусным механикам и фичам для повышения вовлечённости.
Требования:
- Опыт работы в сфере беттиинга от года, опыт общения напрямую с клиентами
- Опыт успешного применения стратегии развития партнеров в рамках конкретной страны;
- Отличные коммуникативные навыки, гибкость, умение решать конфликтные и сложные ситуации;
- Знание frontend / дизайн трендов, умение адаптировать их под реалии клиентов
- Опыт проведения аналитики по рынку/ конкурентам;
- Опыт в запуске маркетинговых компаний
