HiEnd Systems offers comprehensive lending software solutions tailored for banks, financial institutions, and fintech startups.

We're looking for a proactive Content Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our content strategy across multiple platforms.

What you will do:

  • Develop and create high-quality content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, PR materials), including product pages, articles, case studies, newsletters, product updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the entire content lifecycle, from idea generation to publishing and performance analysis, continuously optimizing messaging for the target audience.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to produce expert-level materials, including interviews and feature descriptions related to HiEnd Systems products.
  • Maintain and update website content via CMS, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and a positive user experience.
  • Manage the brand's presence on third-party platforms such as catalogs, review sites, and social media (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
  • Initiate and support the creation and distribution of PR materials and articles to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct interviews and produce compelling case studies that showcase our solutions and client success stories.
We'll be a match if you have:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in content creation and digital marketing (preferably in an IT company or digital agency)
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English (C1+)
  • Understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and analytics
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and interview subject-matter experts
  • Ability to quickly switch between diverse tasks and manage your own schedule without waiting for instructions from above
  • Passion for learning and actively participating in the creation of other creative content (visuals, videos)
