Responsibilities:
  • Analyze CRM campaigns, identifying effective mechanics and strategies.
  • Evaluate and optimize engagement processes to increase user involvement.
  • Identify and analyze points of influence to boost LTV (Lifetime Value) of customers.
  • Monitor CRM campaign expenses and suggest ways in which they can be optimized by the CRM team.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of various messaging delivery methods and communication channels.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify pain points, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Formulate practical insights and suggestions for the CRM team based on data findings.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Tableau: creating complex dashboards, reports, data management, performance tuning.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data integration.
  • Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.
  • Ability to perform deep data analysis using statistical methods.
  • Experience handling large datasets and identifying key insights.
  • Understanding of business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills to convey analytical findings and dashboards.
