Key Skills:

  • Healthcare IT systems: EHR/EMR, HIS, LIMS, RIS/PACS, Telehealth.
  • Regulatory compliance: HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, ISO 13485.
  • Standards: HL7, FHIR, DICOM.
  • Requirements engineering: Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.
  • Documentation: Functional/Non-functional specs, BPMN, UML.
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart.
  • Communication: Stakeholder management, Pre-sales support.
  • Languages: English (B2 ), cross-functional team facilitation.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in pre-sales activities (Gather and clarify client requirements, assist in preparing functional specifications, effort estimates, and solution presentations, Join client meetings alongside Sales managers and Technical leads).
  • Analyze healthcare-related business needs: clinical, administrative, regulatory, and operational.
  • Translate business requirements into clear documentation (Functional and non-functional requirements, Use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, Business process diagrams (BPMN/UML).
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, UX/UI designers, architects, and developers.
  • Support the definition of concepts, prototypes (PoCs), and MVPs.
  • Ensure alignment with healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulations, SaMD lifecycle, and GxP practices.
  • Exposure to AI/ML/NLP-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Understanding of design thinking and software architecture basics.
