Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Весь цикл Performance: от разработки стратегии и запуска кампаний (Google, Яндекс, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn и др.) до ежедневной оптимизации бюджетов, ставок, креативов, аудиторий и A/B тестов.
  • Сквозная аналитика, формирование понятных отчетов, обоснование действий на основе данных.
  • Постоянный поиск, тестирование новых гипотез, инструментов и возможностей для максимизации ROI клиентов.
  • Тесное взаимодействие с отделами продаж, продукта, контента для синхронизации стратегий и улучшения воронки.
  • Руководство PPC-специалистами, их развитие и обучение. Ключевая задача – формирование и масштабирование своей команды под растущие объемы проектов.

Что ждем от тебя:

  • 3+ года опыта в performance-маркетинге (PPC) с доказанными результатами.
  • Опыт работы минимум в 3 разных бизнес-нишах.
  • Экспертиза во всех ключевых аспектах: рекламные платформы (Google Ads, Яндекс.Директ, Meta Ads и др.), сквозная аналитика, ключевые слова, офферы, креативы, бюджетирование, A/B тесты.
  • Профильные курсы/сертификаты.
  • Базовые знания маркетинга и бизнес-процессов (будет плюсом).
  • Опыт масштабирования команды/направления (будет плюсом).
