We are looking for a 
Head of Social Media
 to join our team and drive the development of engaging and trend-driven content for Instagram and paid advertising channels. This role combines creativity, trendspotting, and project management — you will generate fresh ideas, create briefs for designers, and oversee the execution of marketing content.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and track social media and advertising trends (Instagram, TikTok, paid media formats).
  • Generate creative ideas for campaigns, ads, and branded content.
  • Prepare clear and detailed briefs (technical tasks) for designers, videographers, and other creatives.
  • Search for references, moodboards, and inspiration for visual content.
  • Oversee the production process and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Manage and curate the company's Instagram content and paid promotional channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align creative ideas with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or advertising.
  • Strong sense of trends, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to write clear and structured briefs for creative teams.
  • Familiarity with Instagram Ads, paid media, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SMM, influencer marketing, or content production.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (to create mockups or draft concepts).
