Today our platform is used by over
6000 users in 30 countries
, helping them manage their cloud subscriptions.

We are looking for a talented
Senior Technical Writer
to join the team and take ownership of documentation and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & content creation

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user knowledge bases, product docs, help materials and release notes.
  • Write and format instructions, tutorials, guides and other learning materials.
  • Create content for internal systems.

User training & engagement

  • Develop and deliver training materials, including video tutorials, webinars, interactive instructions.
  • Contribute to user onboarding and retention.
  • Collaborate with support teams to understand user needs and improve content.

Web content & product awareness

  • Create and update website content for product and project sites.
  • Write posts and manage the company's LinkedIn page.
  • Keep product and company information up to date on external platforms.

Knowledge management

  • Organize and structure content for easy search, reuse, and navigation.
  • Maintain taxonomies and information architecture for knowledge bases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and maintaining documentation for Enterprise systems.
  • Experience creating and publishing documentation in Confluence.
  • Excellent written English and Russian.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and documentation workflows.
  • Ability to estimate task timelines, meet deadlines and take responsibility for results.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, methods and technologies.
