We're looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential clients in the AEC industry. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified leads, initiating first contact, and scheduling introductory calls for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients that match our ideal customer profile.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and etc.
  • Craft personalized messages that reflect our technical capabilities and industry focus.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize messaging strategies.
  • Qualify leads and book initial meetings for senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to refine targeting and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation
  • Understanding of sales pipelines
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and email automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to grasp technical services and communicate their value clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with engineering services.
  • Experience working with remote or international teams.
  • Background in marketing or sales support.
