About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 
Senior Software Engineer
 with expertise in 
Java, Microservices, and Cloud-native development
. You will work on innovative projects spanning restaurant tech, resource management, and real estate systems, leveraging modern technologies to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using 
    Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
    .
  • Architect and implement 
    Microservices-based solutions
     with seamless integration capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and deliver robust features.
  • Optimize large-scale data processing (e.g., receipt automation, billing systems) using 
    AWS services (Kinesis, S3, ECS)
    .
  • Ensure code quality through 
    unit/integration testing (JUnit)
     and agile best practices.
  • Manage databases (
    MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
    ) and caching solutions (
    Redis
    ).
  • Participate in client calls, sprint planning, and technical reviews.

Technical Requirements

  • 4+ years
     of professional experience in 
    Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices
    .
  • Expertise in 
    RESTful APIs, gRPC, and cloud technologies (AWS)
    .
  • Proficiency with databases: 
    MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Git, Docker, JIRA, and CI/CD tools
    .
  • Strong knowledge of 
    agile methodologies
     and testing frameworks (
    JUnit
    ).
  • Fluency in English for stakeholder communication.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 
    Python, Kafka, or Kubernetes
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Uber Cadence
     for workflow orchestration.
  • Certifications in AWS or Java technologies.
