SoftTeco is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to join our international team.

As a global software development company, SoftTeco cherishes the business needs of every client and, hence, offers a range of custom solutions. Since our foundation
in 2008, we are providing professional services to customers located in the USA, Europe and Canada. We have successfully completed over 300 projects in various industrial domains with different technology platforms with the highest level of process quality with transparency development processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect detailed business and technical requirements from the client and stakeholders. Analyze and document these requirements clearly.

  • Work with clients and internal teams to clearly define and limit project scope to prioritize critical features.

  • Act as the bridge between the client and the development team, ensuring that client needs and expectations are effectively communicated and understood by the technical team.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specs and acceptance criteria.

  • Participate in or perform acceptance testing to ensure that the delivered product meets the agreed requirements and quality standards.

  • Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients about requirements progress, changes, and clarifications.

  • Identify process inefficiencies or gaps and work with stakeholders to suggest improvements or solutions.

  • Ensure that the delivered solution meets the business needs, aligns with the project goals, and adds value to the client.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and IT business domains.

  • Expertise in system analysis, including the ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and propose efficient solutions.

  • Experience with CRM integrations, particularly in integrating Salesforce with other CRM platforms, ERP systems, or third-party applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills to translate client requirements clearly to the development team and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical abilities to gather, define, and document project requirements and analyze business needs effectively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate project constraints such as timelines and resource limitations.

  • Hands-on experience with requirement documentation, including user stories, BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), and performing acceptance testing.

Interview process:

  • Competency-based interview with a Recruiter & English check (30 min);
  • Technical interview covering relevant skills with SoftTeco's experts (1 hour);
  • Client-side interview in English;
  • Final HR interview to discuss work conditions and salary.
