Claro Data Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our growing team in Belarus. The role is focused on the supervision of the financial data analysts team, curating and validating financial data and content relating to companies, industry sectors, and jobs for publication on our partners' sources.

What you'll do:
  • Assign tasks and set deadlines, as well as track and report project progress
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, and prepare and submit change requests to other stakeholders as needed
  • Collaborate with our key partners on behalf of the team
  • Research and complete topical analyses on companies and sectors, e.g. financial and operational metrics analysis on selected sector groups
  • Gather and review financial data, as well as monitor and improve data quality throughout the platform
  • Monitor each team member's progress and provide timely feedback to them while identifying gaps in overall team performance
  • Maintain effective collaboration of the whole team by inspiring toward common goals
  • Create a "can-do" climate and motivate the team
What we expect of you:
  • Degree in the Finance or Business Management field
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting and financial indicators
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (B2+)
  • Strong computer skills, e.g. experience with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Ability to develop, motivate, and lead people as well as prioritize and manage time-sensitive deadlines
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial mindset: able to overcome challenges and constraints, go above and beyond, and raise the bar
