Мы ищем Team Lead System Analyst на проект

— первый белорусский маркетплейс с широкой сетью пунктов самовывоза и доставки

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Организовывать и координировать работу команды системных аналитиков проекта;
  • Выступать наставником: поддерживать развитие сотрудников и контролировать результаты их работы;
  • Участвовать в проекте в роли системного аналитика;
  • Взаимодействовать с заказчиками, ключевыми пользователями и командой разработки;
  • Собирать и анализировать бизнес-требования, формировать ТЗ и пользовательскую документацию;
  • Проверять и согласовывать проектные документы, подготовленные аналитиками направления;
  • Совместно с командой разработки подготавливать концепции реализации и оценки задач, согласовывать их с заказчиком;
  • Прорабатывать варианты оптимизации текущего функционала и предлагать решения возникающих проблем;
  • Создавать схемы взаимодействия внутренних и внешних информационных систем.

Наши ожидания:

  • Опыт работы системным аналитиком от
    5 лет
    (опыт в маркетплейсах будет преимуществом);
  • Понимание архитектурных подходов к проектированию высоконагруженных автоматизированных систем;
  • Знание принципов взаимодействия браузера и сервера (cookies, sessions, HTTP, AJAX, WebSockets);
  • Опыт работы с технологиями:
    REST, SOAP, SQL, шифрование, балансировка нагрузки
    ;
  • Примеры самостоятельно разработанных ТЗ, алгоритмов и интерфейсов;
  • Развитые коммуникативные навыки и лидерские качества.
