Neo Group is on the lookout for a CRM Retention Manager to join our Marketing Team.

What we want from you:

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and analysis;
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM retention campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite, etc.);
  • Ensure all campaigns are correctly set up in CRM systems, following segmentation and targeting strategies;
  • Support the implementation of automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns;
  • Utilize HTML skills to create and modify email templates optimized for various devices and platforms;
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer segmentation and personalization strategies;
  • Assist in the execution of tasks as required, including content/design requests and campaign setups;
  • Identify and analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and trends to inform CRM strategies;
  • Maintain accurate documentation of CRM campaigns, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in CRM coordination or a similar role;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Braze, Optimove, FastTrack, or similar);
  • Strong skills in interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Experience in email marketing;
  • Experience in HTML coding is considered a great asset;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques;
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
  • Proficient in standard office software and usage of vast array of tools;
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth;
  • Focused on achieving objectives and driving results;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving industry trends;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative CRM strategies.
