We provide comprehensive labor solutions to facilitate the recruitment, placement, and management of international talent. Our services include talent sourcing, recruitment and onboarding, cultural integration support, and compliance with European labor laws. Our areas of specialization include logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, construction and agriculture.

What you'll do

  • Win new B2B clients in Belarus (and nearby markets) for bulk worker supply & service contracts.
  • Map target accounts (3PLs, warehouses, factories, construction EPCs, food processing, agriculture).
  • Run the full sales cycle: prospect → meeting → site visit → proposal → contract → first order.
  • Build channel partners (local subcontractors, facility managers, industrial parks).
  • Coordinate with operations on job specs, volumes, start dates, and SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline & forecasts in CRM; report weekly KPIs.

You should have

  • 2–3+ years B2B sales in staffing, outsourcing, or industrial services.
  • Existing decision-maker network in
    logistics/warehousing/manufacturing/construction
    .
  • Fluency in
    Russian
    (required).
    Belarusian
    and
    English
    are strong pluses.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with volume hiring, seasonal ramps, or shift-based operations.
  • Familiarity with cross-border labor and compliance coordination.
