What You Will Do

• Lead strategy for license onboarding, retention, and support to align with business and revenue goals.
  
• Build and maintain processes, SOPs, and knowledge bases to optimize platform usage and ROI.
  
• Consult clients on platform functionality, best practices, and technology updates, providing expert guidance.
  
• Organize and deliver internal and external platform training and certification programs.
  
• Monitor key client platform usage, adoption, and emerging features, proposing and implementing improvements.
  
• Drive quality assurance, process improvement, and efficiency gains across the Technology team.
  
• Allocate resources, manage deliverables, and support team growth, including internship staffing.
  
• Maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, CSAT, and team productivity.
  
  

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in digital media platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Amazon DSP.
  
• Strong client-facing experience: consulting, reporting, training, and presenting solutions.
  
• Experience building and maintaining knowledge bases, SOPs, and process documentation.
  
• Ability to lead, mentor, and grow team members while driving operational efficiency.
  
• Analytical mindset for monitoring performance metrics and improving workflows.
  
• A proactive approach to learning and adopting new platform features and industry standards.
  
  

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  
• 5–8 years of experience in digital media or technology-focused agencies.
  
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital platform management and client consulting.
  
• 1–2 years of team leadership or management experience.
  
• 2–3 years of project management experience.
  
• Familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, SQL, Google Cloud Platform basics, and Zendesk.
  
• Certifications preferred: DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Amazon DSP, GA4
