Ключевые задачи:

  • Управление платной рекламой, включая планирование, контроль, оптимизацию и отчетность о результатах. (Google Ads, Yandex Direct, Meta, TikTok, Telegram, ASA, Unity)
  • Планирование, проведение и аналитика A/B-тестов (иногда A/B/C/D…-тестов)
  • Анализ и аналитика результатов маркетинговых кампаний
  • Управление аффилиатной программой, контроль, оптимизация и отчетность о результатах
  • Тесное взаимодействие с командой веб-сайта для оптимизации целевых страниц с целью повышения конверсии
  • Прототипирование лендингов, посадочных страниц и иных маркетинговых материалов
  • Генерация идей по тестированию для повышения эффективности привлечения пользователей, поиск новых партнеров, технологий, решений и каналов для привлечения пользователей
  • Управление бюджетом, его планирование и оптимизация, обеспечение эффективного использования бюджета для максимизации ROI
  • Отслеживание развития криптоиндустрии и анализ конкурентов
  • Управление командой.

Мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт работы в performance marketing 3+
  • Опыт работы в криптоиндустрии будет плюсом
  • Опыт работы с платной рекламой
  • Опыт работы с Google Analytics, а также Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio для обработки данных, их анализа и визуализации
  • Аналитическое мышление на основе данных и знание метрик (CPA, CPL, CPI т. д.)
  • Знание инструментов: Appsflyer, Firebase, Apple Search Ads, UAC
  • Опыт запуска, управления и контроля аффилиатной программы (знание систем трекинга, аналитики партнёров и форматов сотрудничества) - будет плюсом
  • Понимание маркетинговых воронок и воронок продаж, опыт создания элементов таких воронок
  • Мультизадачность, любовь к данным, спискам, графикам и аналитике.
