Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated
Business Analyst / QA Engineer
to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can bridge business requirements with technical execution, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, tested, and meet stakeholder expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, developers, and business users to capture requirements, translate them into actionable deliverables, and validate outcomes through structured testing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and change management.

Quality Assurance

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications; identify and document defects.
• Support automation test coverage where applicable.
• Ensure high quality deliverables through regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Track, prioritize, and report issues in alignment with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years
  of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Engineer, or hybrid role.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and QA processes.
• Familiarity with
  Agile/Scrum methodologies
  .
• Experience with tools such as
  Jira, Confluence, Postman, Selenium, or similar
  .
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication in English (both written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with
  CRM platforms
  .
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• SQL or data analysis experience.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Banking / Financial Services industry experience
  .

Work Conditions

  : office presence in Yerevan with flexibility for remote work.
• Must be available to work
  EST hours
  to collaborate with US-based teams.
