Claro Data Solutions is seeking a Senior Content Manager to join our growing team in Minsk, Belarus. The role is focused on handling data processing requests by curating and validating data and content relating to companies, industry sectors and jobs for publication on the client's website, as well as building and implementing efficient workflows and processes for request completion.

In this role you will:
  • Create and execute recurring tasks fulfillment plans
  • Review and evaluate other team members' performance
  • Identify issues and gaps in the process and drive improvements
  • Create company profiles for publication on a public-facing website, using a proprietary admin interface and data aggregation technology
  • Monitor and improve data quality throughout the platform
  • Proactively identify and recommend improvements of the content creation process for development and implementation by the technology team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines and expectations from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Problem solving skills and ability to effectively interact with the team
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1+)
  • Attention to detail and system thinking
  • Strong computer skills, e.g. experience with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets)
