Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

You will be the driving force behind our proprietary ERP system and customer-facing products. Your work will be critical, visible, and impactful from day one.

Architect & Build: Charge on refactoring and evolving our core ERP's internal architecture. Your decisions will set the standard for years to come.

Create & Innovate: Go beyond maintenance. We'll rely on you to design and develop new features and entirely new products from concept to deployment.

Master the Ecosystem: Tackle complex integrations with critical systems like the National Bank and OAIS, ensuring reliability and performance.

Solve Real Problems: Partner directly with the business to bug-fix, optimize, and deliver solutions that meet real-world needs.

What You Bring to the Codebase (Our Stack & Requirements):

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a proven track record of building and shipping complex applications.
  • PHP 7.4+ & Modern Frameworks experience: Laravel, Symfony, or Laminas.
  • Databases: Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL (performance tuning, complex queries).
  • Quality First: A commitment to writing clean, tested code, including unit tests.

The Ideal Candidate Bonus: Experience in FinTech, financial startups, or with financial products is a huge plus. You understand the regulatory and data integrity challenges we face.
