We're hiring an Android Developer to own core Android flows end-to-end and deliver measurable impact for hundreds of thousands of users.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and evolve our flagship Android super app for payments and fintech products.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, iOS, and backend teams to ship features from idea to production.
• Implement new features in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose based on final designs.
• Ensure stability and compatibility across supported Android versions and devices, quickly addressing production incidents.
• Manage the Google Play release process: staged rollouts, policy compliance, and fast response to live issues.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, ensuring clean code, secure development, and fintech-grade data protection.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years building Android apps in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, modularization, and DI (Hilt/Dagger).
• Solid knowledge of Android SDK, OS version differences, and adaptive UI for multiple screen sizes.
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end - from design to release and monitoring in production.
• Experience keeping apps stable across multiple Android versions and devices.
• Commitment to clean, secure, maintainable code with proper testing.
• Ownership mindset, adaptability, proactive communication, and a collaborative approach.
• English proficiency for professional communication.

Nice to have

• Java/RxJava experience.
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles.
• Performance and memory tuning skills.
• Experience with unit and automated testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in financial services.
• Spanish or Russian language skills.
