What You'll Do
As an
Engineering Manager
, you'll lead the Nav SDK team in advancing the maps and navigation ecosystem at Mapbox. In this role, you will:

• Mentor and Develop Talent: Support and inspire engineers, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and innovation.
• Promote Collaboration and Innovation: Build an inclusive and collaborative environment where data-driven decisions fuel success.
• Drive Strategic Objectives: Align your team's work with company and product goals, ensuring strategic cohesion.
• Define Product Roadmaps: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap for our Maps SDKs.
• Shape the Vision: Play a key role in envisioning and evolving our rendering engines, contributing to business and product planning.
