Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates in the IT field (Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps and others);
• Analysis of candidates' resumes based on the specifics and requirements for the vacancy;
• Initial communication with candidates;
• Work with the internal database;
• Work closely with the recruiter and other members of the recruitment team.

Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Completed IT courses in Recruitment/HR or recruitment experience in any area;
• Knowledge of the main channels and tools for sourcing candidates, as well as methods of professional selection;
• English level (B2 or higher);
• Fast and continuous learner;
• Confident, enthusiastic, and great team player.
