Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an I am hiring in Minsk, Belarus. The role involves overseeing recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements. The I am hiring professional will also manage candidate databases, create job advertisements, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage candidate databases and job advertisements
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in tech or IT sector recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
