We are currently seeking a motivated and inquisitive
Technical Recruiter
to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, candidate attraction, interviewing, and onboarding. This role can be based in Minsk or remote, with a focus on global hiring. Your understanding of EMEA market dynamics, sources of high-skilled IT professionals , and eagerness to explore new tools, locations, and technologies will be highly valued in this position.

What IDT recruiter does:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand the position & team needs.
  • Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and selecting talents.
  • Providing excellent candidate experience.
  • Analyzing relevant data and trends to improve staffing performance.
  • Taking part in worldwide analytical researchers (salary benchmarking, remote market studies, etc.).
  • Onboarding, Employee Experience support, and more.

What would help you to be successful:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews in English (B2+).
  • Hands-on experience with various hiring stages.
  • Familiarity with IT stacks and the ability to quickly find information with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity in developing comprehensive search strategies for various roles.
  • Proficient in navigating various job boards, professional online communities, and social media groups.
  • Writing and presentation skills, ability to put complicated staff in simple words.
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Nice to have:

  • hands-on experience with Google Sheet/Form, AI tools, sourcing/scraping tools.
  • familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Slack.
