About Us:

We are an international game development company preparing to establish operations in Minsk. Our mission is to create world-class games while building a strong and compliant foundation for our new local presence. To support this, we are seeking an experienced
Corporate Lawyer
with a deep understanding of Belarusian legislation and the processes required to set up and run a business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise management on all legal aspects of establishing and operating a company in Belarus.
• Oversee and coordinate company registration and compliance with local authorities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including those with employees, contractors, vendors, and partners.
• Provide guidance on employment law and HR-related legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with local corporate, tax, and labor regulations.
• Develop internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor changes in Belarusian legislation relevant to the company's operations and provide proactive legal advice.
• Manage relationships with local regulatory bodies and external legal advisors as required.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, or employment law.
• Strong knowledge of Belarusian legislation, including corporate setup, labor law, contract law, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience assisting businesses with company formation and compliance processes in Belarus.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both Belarusian/Russian and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with international stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the IT or gaming industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
