The RoleThe Enablement Analyst is a critical member of the Sales Enablement team, responsible for turning data into actionable insights that inform strategy, improve seller performance, and demonstrate the impact of enablement initiatives. This role combines operational excellence with data analysis, working across multiple tools, systems, and business partners to ensure enablement programs drive measurable revenue outcomes.
The Main Responsibilities- Manage the technical setup and reporting for enablement sessions (e.g., MS Suite, PowerBI, SFDC, S360, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and other platforms).
- Own the setup, execution, and post-session data capture for enablement events and programs.
- Analyze engagement and attendance data from enablement sessions, identifying trends by seller role and segment.
- Interpret Seismic, ZoomInfo, SFDC and other tech stack usage data to assess content effectiveness and adoption.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Analytics teams to understand funnel performance, pipeline health, seller productivity, and time allocation data.
- Identify gaps in the seller journey where enablement can improve skills, knowledge, or tools to accelerate revenue impact.
- Ensure insights are differentiated from existing analytics work by reformatting and contextualizing data into enablement- and sales-ready outputs.
- Own monthly enablement reporting to leadership, highlighting accomplishments, engagement trends, content utilization, and business impact.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and visuals that clearly communicate enablement ROI and seller outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years in sales enablement, sales operations, business analytics, or related function.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
