Our team is looking for a
Junior AI-Enhanced Java Developer
.

Tasks:

• Develop, maintain, and test
  Java
  -based backend applications.
• Use
  AI-powered tools
  (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to assist in writing, testing, and refactoring code.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring AI-generated code meets best practices and quality standards.
• Document features and code with the help of AI documentation tools.
• Continuously learn new technologies and AI productivity tools to improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior developers and technical leads on real-world software projects.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• Good understanding of
  Java
  SE/EE, including OOP principles, collections, and exception handling.
• Familiarity with
  Spring
  Framework and
  REST API.
• Basic experience with
  relational databases
  (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB)
• Comfortable using or learning
  AI-assisted coding tools.
• Understanding of
  AI concepts
  such as LLMs, inference, training, AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and use AI responsibly in software engineering.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with automated testing and code quality tools.
• Exposure to Docker and containerized development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
