who are passionate about building scalable, secure, and reliable CRM solutions.
Salesforce Administrator
What you'll do:
- Manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce orgs (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- Create and maintain objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security settings
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Support ongoing enhancements, UAT, data cleanup, and metadata changes
- Monitor system health, user permissions, and troubleshoot issues
- Assist with release management and sandbox deployments
You're a great fit if you have:
- 1–3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
- Strong understanding of Flows (must), permissions, profiles, and data model
- Experience with Experience Cloud portals is a plus
- Admin certification(s) highly preferred
Salesforce Developer
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and integrations
- Develop REST API endpoints, middleware integrations, and platform events
- Optimize existing code and adhere to Salesforce best practices
- Work with Admins, QAs, and integration teams on full SDLC delivery
- Debug issues, write test classes (75%+ coverage), and ensure quality deployments
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation
You're a great fit if you have:
- 2–5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWCs, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with external system integrations (LendSaaS, Box, Docusign, etc. is a plus)
- Ability to handle complex custom automation and coding patterns
