Sales & Business Development Manager (iGaming)

Xonic is growing We're looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to help expand our iGaming solutions into new markets.

What you'll do:

• Drive B2B sales growth by identifying and engaging new partners in the iGaming sector.

• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and explore new opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in iGaming or tech.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-moving international environment.

• Fluent in English and Russian.
