R&D Engineer

As an R&D Engineer at ITRex Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and developing cutting-edge solutions across various domains. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement experimental technologies and prototypes, contribute to research projects, and help transform ideas into viable products. Your work will directly support our commitment to enable digital transformation for our clients, ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement advanced technologies and solutions aligned with industry trends.
• Work on innovative projects, from conception to prototype, incorporating feedback and optimizing designs.
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Conduct experiments, analyze outcomes, and iterate on designs to meet project specifications.
• Document research findings, methodologies, and models for internal and external presentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and suggest strategic improvements.
• Contribute to white papers, patents, and other intellectual property developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in R&D or a related role, with a strong focus on technology development and innovation.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java and experience with algorithms.
• Experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analysis, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
