Middle Backend Developer

Join our growing tech team in Bangkok as a Middle Python Developer, where you'll help shape the future of AnyAI, a mission-critical, Slack-based AI platform that automates internal operations across 15+ markets. This isn't just backend development, you'll architect intelligent workflows, build tools using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and integrate cross-functional services into our AI ecosystem. What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable Python applications and APIs to support data-rich platforms like AnyTag and AnyAI
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in alignment with engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, Product, and Data Engineers to deliver impactful features
• Support system integrations with third-party APIs and internal microservices
• Optimize backend performance and participate in debugging and troubleshooting
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

Who You Are

• 2+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python
• Proficient with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django similar frameworks
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to communicate in English in a multicultural, collaborative team

Nice To Have

• AI & LLM Frameworks: Experience with LangChain and LangGraph is highly desirable
• MCP Knowledge: Familiarity with FastMCP or the Model Context Protocol ecosystem
• AI Agent Experience: Understanding of how LLM-based agents function (context management, tool calling, memory)
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with GCP (specifically Cloud Run)
