M&P was founded in 2010 and has been growing organically ever since. Currently, we're a total of 40+ people in four different countries: Minsk, Zurich, Wroclaw and Kaliningrad. We have a rich product portfolio in various industries across Switzerland:

• SHUBiDU, a mobile family calendar app
• HYLL, an Uber-like app for ski rental
• Evenito, a event management software for personalised guest experiences
• SOBRADO, our the biggest project, an insurance-tech platform
• Bontique, customized corporate vouchers

Team

We work within product design teams with all roles (PO, PM, BA, QA, designers and developers). Currently the design team consists of two members. Designers communicate directly with customers and stakeholders. Usually one designer is engaged in two major projects at the same time. The designer can be a part of the team or provide occasional support (on mature projects). 

What will you do

• Working on existing projects and start new ones. The platform is mostly web, lastly iOS and Android;
• Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with managers and engineers
• Provide pre-design stage deliverables: UX researches, defining roles, customer journey maps
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
• Work on the UI components on the lowest level — our design framework strongly follows the front-end logic and Atomic Design methodology
• Design icons and simple illustrations

Stack: Figma, Sketch, Principle, Adobe or Affinity suite 

What we expect from you

• Working experience of at least 3 years in a product company or for an agency with long-term projects following Agile methodology
• Advanced proficiency in Figma is a must (auto layout, interactive components, interactive prototyping, atomic design methodology)
• iOS/Android guidelines knowledge
• High proactivity and initiative
• Strategic thinking
• Spoken English of B1+ level
• Ability to read HTML/CSS code would be an advantage
• Ability to mentor, motivate and train junior team members
