Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sportsbook quality monitoring and incident response strategy.
• Manage a 24/7 team of Quality Analysts.
• Own detection, triage, escalation, and prevention of live product issues.
• Coordinate across Trading, Product, IT, and Support.
• Benchmark offering vs. competitors and ensure top-tier user experience.
• Analyze business needs and possible solutions to resolve quality gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sportsbook QA, BA, Trading or Operations.
• Deep understanding of sportsbook business and underlying mechanics: markets, feeds, odds, suspensions.
• Proven ability to spot inefficiencies and lead change.
• Strong QA mindset with focus on prevention, process, and stability.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure 24/7 environments.
