Our client, a highly innovative technology company operating in the crypto, AI, and payments domains, is seeking a talented Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment: Needs Analysis & Planning: Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective, tailored recruitment plans.Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Full-Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. 2. Employer Branding: Brand Enhancement: Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top IT talent. 3. Other: Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to hiring managers.Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to senior management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and insights. What You'll Bring to the Team:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically recruiting for technical roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to source, engage, and close top technical talent, including experience with international relocation, particularly from the Eastern Europe region. Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Bonus Points: Experience creating engaging content for employer branding initiatives on social media platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn.
