Financial Systems Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work as a Finance and Operations Consultant, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software for medium to large organisations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with system implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables.
• Ensure quality project delivery of produced deliverables and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing.
• Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation.
• Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle.
• Assist with or lead the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis.
• Contribute to and/or create solution documentation.
• Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues.
• Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of projects.
• Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial.
• Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered.
• Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by directors.
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
• Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO.
• Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities.
