Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior / Lead IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical roles, ensuring that we connect our clients with the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing your expertise to enhance the overall performance of the recruitment team.

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, as well as lead the team of sourcers and recruiters.
