Career Opportunity for Data Analysis Expert

We are seeking an experienced data analysis professional to join our team. As a data analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing CRM campaigns, identifying effective mechanics and strategies, evaluating and optimizing engagement processes to increase user involvement, and monitoring CRM campaign expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze CRM campaigns to identify areas of improvement and optimize them for better results
  • Evaluate engagement processes to increase user involvement and improve overall performance
  • Identify points of influence to boost customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Monitor CRM campaign expenses and suggest ways to optimize them
  • Analyze the effectiveness of various messaging delivery methods and communication channels
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify pain points and provide actionable recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Tableau: creating complex dashboards, reports, data management, and performance tuning
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience with ETL tools and data integration
  • Knowledge of other business intelligence (BI) tools is a plus
  • Ability to perform deep data analysis using statistical methods
  • Experience handling large datasets and identifying key insights
  • Understanding of business processes and translating them into technical requirements
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Good presentation skills to convey analytical findings and dashboards
