В настоящий момент мы активно расширяемся и для усиления HR команды в поиске - HR Business Partner.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

Карьерное развитие персонала; Обучение персонала; Полная и своевременная поддержка руководителей/лидов направлений и команд по всем HR-практикам; Мониторинг и анализ эффективности работы персонала, принятие мер по оптимизации трудовых процессов. Организация процесса онбординга и постоянное его улучшение;

Формирование корпоративной культуры, помощь в организации корпоративов и иных активностей;

Проведение Рerformance Review, Опросы 360; Удержание ключевых сотрудников; Проведение one-to-one встреч Сопровождение процесса увольнения.

Что мы ждем от тебя:

Опыт работы HR Business Partner в IT компаниях от трёх лет; Высшее образование: управление персоналом или психология; Знание основных методик и инструментов управления персоналом;

Умение выявлять и разрешать межличностные конфликты на раннем этапе, высокий уровень эмпатии;

Сильные организаторские способности.
