We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong background in business analysis to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders from the USA/CA/UK/EU markets to develop cost-effective and impactful software solutions, ensuring alignment with their objectives and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with the customers via ServiceDesk ensuring compliance with SLA of the tickets Resolve customer queries and product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint:

- determining the cause of the problem;

- selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;

- expediting correction or adjustment;

- following up to ensure resolution;

Elicit, analyze and refine business and technical requirements for project success Develop comprehensive project plans, release roadmaps and prioritize tasks based on business goals and needs Plan, monitor and adjust project activities as needed for successful execution Lead and guide team activities within an agile framework Oversee project delivery ensuring deadlines and quality are met Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a relevant position Demonstrated ability to perform market and competitor analysis, road-mapping, and feature prioritization A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum frameworks Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Fluent written and spoken English (Advanced level)
