NPK Biotest LLC is one of the first private pharmaceutical companies in the Republic of Belarus. The enterprise was founded in 1990 in Grodno.

NPK Biotest LLC is engaged in multidisciplinary work: promotion of Olainfarm medicines on the territory of Belarus, production and sales of herbal products (medicinal herbs, tea drinks, dietary supplements), distribution of medical products (Tonus Elast, Faringospray).

For the next few years we have a plan for R&D: market research, search for new formulas, development of new products and their launch on the market (medical devices, dietary supplements, medicines).

Currently there is a need for a new and ambitious Head of Department marketing (country manager). This is a person who re-build sustainable business and sales processes at the country level, so it is possible to predict the return on each sales channel in more precise way. This person will also head up marketing for Biotest.

Head of Department marketing takes full responsibility of sale of a business’ products in Belarus, provides ongoing support to distribute and produce them, manages marketing team, and ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team

Activities

Collaborating with the team to establish and execute a sales goal for the region Managing a marketing and sales teams in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals Implementing and maintaining marketing systems and processes Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and be re sponsible for result Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term Educating marketing team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

Candidate Requirements

10+ years related experience and 5+ years of management experience in pharmaceutical industry is required. Experience to work in matrix organization. Prior people management experience, good managerial and coaching skills, ability to develop and manage people, ability to delegate Demonstration of successful sales and marketing function management Possess advanced business acumen; uses industry and competitor experience to create vision and drive results Ability to work in a launch or fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environment; ability to adapt quickly Ability to lead through ambiguity and change; demonstrate perseverance and resiliency Demonstrated track record of persuading and influencing others Good knowledge of analytics, budgeting and key revenue drivers Ability to connect with, build, and maintain customer relationships Advanced analytical, consulting, and business planning skills Ability to see the ‘big picture’, think in the long-term, ability to advise and make decisions are crucial characteristics of a right candidate.
