We are currently looking for an active, ambitious Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team, someone who envisions themselves as a top-notch specialist in project management and business analysis in the future, and is ready to grow and develop in this field.

Job description

Participate in pre-sales; form and approve estimates with the customer. Collect, analyze, document, verify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements. Create and manage the development process. Plan, decompose, and prioritize tasks. Track the plan/actual for resources, tasks, and metrics. Manage project scope, risks, and change requests. Maintain communication with the customer, adjusting team actions if necessary. Evaluate and adjust work process improvements, forecast requirements, risks, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a similar position. Understanding of Agile methodologies: Kanban and Scrum. Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management. Experience with the Stripe payment system and subscriptions. Excellent communication skills. Ability to articulate thoughts clearly. Analytical thinking. Willingness to explore new subject areas. English language at Upper-Intermediate level.
