Your Responsibilities at Aristek Systems
HR People Partner – HR department employee, who, in cooperation with Head and Leads of a certain technical department, is engaged in the realization of the following tasks:
Carrying out Pre-boarding and Onboarding processes in the department. Conducting One-to-One meetings with department employees on a regular basis. Organization of the Performance review process. Participation in resolving conflict situations within the department. Informing department employees about new processes, innovations, policies, company rules, etc. Monitoring and adjustment of implementation processes. Promoting the company’s corporate culture, its values and principles. Tracking the employees progress along their Roadmaps within the PDP and resolving emerging issues (together with Resource Manager). Support and motivation of department employees, prevention and monitoring of burnout. Participation in the development of Roadmap (Soft Skills part) for department employees. Collection and analysis of employee proposals for improvements in the department and the company. Assisting department management in tracking employee performance, motivation, engagement, loyalty, etc. Organization of team building events together with Employer Brand Manage. Monitoring the risks of employee dismissal and participation in the Dismissal Process and conducting Exit interviews with department employees.Required Skills and Experience
1+ years of experience in Human Resources Management. Personable and approachable, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders. Strong communicator including negotiation, persuasion and de-escalation skills. Experience of implementing developments to policies, processes and ways of working. Up to date knowledge of current trends and best practice in HR. Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload. Experience with Microsoft products and HR Systems. English level – Upper-Intermediate and higher.
Will be an advantage:
Experience in communication/collaboration on tasks with employees of Technical departments, Managers. Conflict resolution skills: the ability to quickly and effectively resolve controversial situations within the company.
