In the international holding company specializing in exclusive iGaming projects, we are in search of a Payment Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Handling requests in Slack (addressing issues, responding to player tickets, working with payment system back offices, escalating payment-related queries to providers);
- Resolving issues with players/support agents related to payment systems;
- Monitoring reposts and metrics and ensuring a successful flow of transactions in Devcode;
- Timely informing players about issues with fund deposits/withdrawals (based on Devcode and the payment system back office);
- Updating transaction statuses in Devcode and PSP BOs;
- Analyzing player transaction patterns;
- Creating tasks in Jira;
- Interacting with payment systems;
- Risk management, consulting with payment staff;
- Providing monthly reports to the group lead;
- Creating/modifying procedures.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in a similar role;
- Fluent English or another language is a plus;
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and flexibly handle task rotations;
- Prioritization skills and time management;
- Reliability, a high level of integrity, and strong work ethics.
