Claro is seeking an Outsource Content Manager to join our growing team in Minsk, Belarus. The role is focused on curating and validating data and content relating to companies, industry sectors and jobs for publication on the website. Claro's client company uses advanced data aggregation technology including machine learning and natural language processing techniques, and the role of the Outsource content team is to validate and curate the data that is collected, as well as continually improve and streamline the collection and validation process.
In this role you will
Check and provide corrections to company profiles created by outsourced teams for publication on a public-facing website, using a proprietary admin interface and data aggregation technology Monitor and improve data quality throughout the platform Analyze the quality of profiles and data processed by outsourced teams and provide feedback to performers Optimize documentation and workflows for outsourced teams as well as suggest and implement measures to ensure stable quality Identify and recommend improvements to the content creation process for development and implementation by the technology teamWe'd love to hear from you if you have
