LeverX is looking for an active team member to take care of overall office management in our office in Gomel. Our Office Manager should be able to ensure uninterrupted running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day by day operations.
Responsibilities:
Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment
Front office activities: telephone calls handling
Manage inventory of office supplies
Inducting new employees to their workstations
Controlling correspondence
Hands-on experience with office machines (fax machines, printers, etc.)
Requirements:
Good command of English (verbal and written) – minimum of intermediate level
Experience as a travel manager, executive assistant, secretary will be a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and Google services (Atlassian Software will be a plus)
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge in the Accounting field will be a plus
Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently
