VFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for HRBP.

We are looking for HRBP to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will assist the HR Director in supporting the business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

HR Policies & Procedures: Implementation and compliance of global and local HR policies and procedures, including regulations, pay, incentives, leaves, working hours, promotions, performance of employees, etc. Recruitment & Selection: Recruitment of mass positions to Visa Centers according to business needs. Supporting Talent Management initiatives (Performance process, Development programs). Employee Engagement: Design, develop and implement programs to continuously engage and motivate staff: engagement, wellbeing, ESG projects, etc. Execute HR Connect initiatives ensure constant interactions with employees and their respective superiors. HRIS and Reporting: Full support for HR processes of employee's lifecycle in SAP (HR module) accordance with established corporate requirements: Recruiting, On-boarding, Performance and Goals, Learning Management System etc) - (enter/update data), liaise with the corporate support team. Maintaining regular HR reporting on key indicators. Required knowledge and skills: 2+ years of relevant HR specialist experience (recruiting, performance appraisal, HRIS, reporting etc) Mass recruitment experience Proficiency in MS Office Strong knowledge of legislation and modern HR tools Perfect communication skills Intermediate or above level in English is a must
